Biography:
Current Position:
Responsible for assisting with the processing, manufacturing and packaging of ice cream, cultured products, and fluid milk products.
Major responsibilities include:
- Operate cleaning equipment involved with milk processing, packaging, and the can and case washer.
- Assist with deliveries and drive the delivery truck when needed.
- Assist with research projects, experiments, and the annual Penn State Ice Cream Short Course.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management.
