Area of responsibility is the fluid milk processing.
- Assist in all aspects of milk production and packaging. This includes mixing and blending the ingredients used in the Creamery's cheese and ice cream production.
- Inventory of the dry ingredients and supplies, and new materials.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the can washer, cans and milk cooler.
- Serve as backup pasteurizer operator, including calculating milk, cheese and ice cream production, and processing all of the products.
- Assist in the other production rooms, manufacturing ice cream, yogurt, cheese, etc.
- Receive inventory and ensure that the materials are stored properly.
- Backup delivery driver.
- Assist with experiments and the development of new dairy products.
- Assist with special projects assigned by management.
