Biography:

Current Position:
   Responsible for ice cream production at the University Creamery.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Weekly and monthly inventories.
  • Set-up of the production area. 
  • Calculation of ingredients for the weekly ice cream production.
  • Assist with the annual Ice Cream Short Course, answering questions related to technical aspects of the equipment and procedures involved with ice cream manufacturing and production.
  • Assist professors, graduate students and undergraduate students with experimental ice cream batch runs.
