Biography:
Current Position:
Responsible for ice cream production at the University Creamery.
Major responsibilities include:
- Weekly and monthly inventories.
- Set-up of the production area.
- Calculation of ingredients for the weekly ice cream production.
- Assist with the annual Ice Cream Short Course, answering questions related to technical aspects of the equipment and procedures involved with ice cream manufacturing and production.
- Assist professors, graduate students and undergraduate students with experimental ice cream batch runs.
