Course Fees and registration
The cost for Food
Safety and Sanitation for Food Manufacturers is $385. The registration
fee provides access to the complete course materials including 12 chapters
of text, interactive activities, and the Learning Library.

Upon successful
completion of the course, you will be issued a signed certificate of
achievement from the Penn State University Department of Food Science.
If 3 or more individuals from your organization enroll at the same time, the registration fee is only $350 per person; a total savings of $105!
Registration is handled by
the Penn State Offices of Conferences and Short Courses. Simply click
on the link below and follow the instructions. You may pay by credit card, check, or purchase order.
Once you have registered, an e-mail confirmation /receipt will be sent to you within 2 business
days and you will be ready to begin the course.
