PA Wine Quality Initiative
The establishment of the Pennsylvania Wine Quality Initiative (WQI) assists wineries in implementing quality assurance testing programs based on standardized sensory evaluation techniques.
The January 2012 short course offers a 2-day training workshop to discuss standard sensory evaluation and identification, prevention and mediation of wine defects. Focus is primarily centralized on wine defects and an individual’s ability to repeatedly identify them in wine.
