PA Wine Quality Initiative: Level 1
The establishment of the Pennsylvania Wine Quality Initiative (WQI) assists wineries in implementing quality assurance testing programs based on standardized sensory evaluation techniques.
The January 2013 workshop offers a 2-day training course to discuss standard
sensory evaluation with a general focus on identification, prevention and
mediation of wine defects. Attendees will learn technical wine defects and their
individual ability to repeatedly identify them in wine.
