Wine Quality Improvement: Wine Sensory Defect Identification, Prevention, and Remediation

This “Wine Quality Improvement” program was previously known as the PA Wine Quality Initiative, Level 1 program. This workshop assists wineries on implementing quality assurance programs based on standardized wine sensory evaluation techniques.


Course Details:

The January workshop offers a two-day training course to discuss standard sensory evaluation with a focus on identification, prevention, and remediation of wine defects. Attendees will learn technical wine defects and their individual ability to repeatedly identify them in wine.
