Accepted students will work with faculty, graduate students and postdocs on research projects along the human-food interface.

All of our research projects have an applied and a basic research component, solving problems relevant to human health and nutrition. Our goal is to provide students with opportunities to plan and conduct transdisciplinary research, collect and analyze experimental data, communicate their findings to their peers, and gain an understanding of the many career paths at the human-food interface.
