Prior to joining North Penn Comprehensive Health Services, I spent 21 years in the Food Manufacturing business for such dairy companies as Kraft Foods, Muhlenberg Foods, Inc., Baskin-Robbins, and Eagle Family Foods, Inc. After graduation from Penn State with a B.S. in Food Science, I worked my way up from Production Supervisor, to Production Manager, to ultimately Plant Manager for both Baskin-Robbins and Eagle Family Foods, Inc.

Eagle Family Foods, Inc. brought me to Wellsboro in 2000. I've lived and worked in Wellsboro since then. My family moved here from Connecticut to join Eagle Family Foods, Inc as the Plant Manager. When that facility closed in 2005, my career path turned to Healthcare Administration. I am currently looking to get back in the food Industry.

In addition to my B.S. degree from Penn State, I have a Master's Degree in Management from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven, CT. I am a member and past President of the Penn State Food Industry Group. I am a Board Member and current Treasurer of the Penn State Agriculture Council. I am a Board Member of the Tioga County Ag Extension Board. I am a Board member of Tyoga Container Company. I am the Past President and member of G.R.O.W. (Growth Resources of Wellsboro) and a member of the Wellsboro Lions Club. I am also a founding member of a Limited Liability Partnership for an Investment Club. We're starting our 12th year in business. And finally, one of my most rewarding activities is as a volunteer. One week of each summer, I work with kids at a Business Camp at Lycoming College known as the Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week. As a "Company Advisor" with this program, we help high school kids run a company, participating in the same activities that real businesses do. I love working with and teaching kids about business!.

I've been happily married for the past 26 years, and have two children.
