Best wishes to our alumni accepted to PhD programs at Cornell and Baylor College of Medicine.

This fall, our lab alumnus Jingzhang (Barry) Feng is entering the PhD program in Food Science at Cornell University, and our lab alumnae Ashley Weaver and Hephzibah Nwanosike the PhD program in Immunology and Microbiology at Baylor College of Medicine.

Jingzhang (Barry) Feng graduated from Penn State (Food Science) in Spring 2020.
Ashley Weaver graduated from Penn State (Immunology and Infectious Disease) in Spring 2019 and spent a year working for Glaxo Smith Kline Pharmaceutical as an Associate Scientists.
Hephzibah Nwanosike participated in a USDA REEU summer program at Penn State and graduated from Juniata College in Spring 2019 and spent a year working at Wright Labs as a Research Laboratory Manager.
