Congratulations to Anjali, Erin, Tyler, Kayla, CJ, Makayla, Conner, and Katie who are graduating in 2022 and moving on to exciting next steps in their careers.
Anjali Sapre is an incoming ORISE fellow at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research in the Multidrug-Resistant Organism Repository and Surveillance Network (MRSN) in Silver Spring, Maryland: “I will be developing my skills in bioinformatics for two years before applying to graduate/medical schools.”
After graduating with BS in Food Science with a minor in microbiology, Tyler Chandross-Cohen will be attending graduate school at The Pennsylvania State University to pursue his Ph.D. in our lab: “I am excited about the next steps in my journey!”
Erin Sullivan will be assuming a research assistant position at Carnegie Mellon University under Dr. En Cai studying immune cell imaging and immune cells in the tumor environment.
Kayla Kimble will be attending the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health where she will be pursuing a Master of Science in Molecular Microbiology and Immunology.
After graduating with a BS in Food Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, CJ Pedone will be attending graduate school at West Virginia University to pursue his MBA.
Makayla Blackstock will pursue MPH program.
Conner Wilson is moving on to a position in the food industry.
Katie Bartlett is moving on to microbiology laboratory technician position.
