Congratulations to mBiome PhD student in Food Science Laura Rolon for winning a NE SARE Graduate Student Grant.
The grant will support her research focused on understanding and manipulating microbial ecology in small-scale dairy processing facilities to improve dairy food safety.
The NE SARE grant program is for graduate students who are researching topics in sustainable agriculture that will serve the interests of farmers and the greater agricultural community.
