Students in FDSC 409 - Laboratory in Food Microbiology have presented their creative Halloween projects to a Food Science jury.
A pre-Halloween class was filled with food microbiology Halloween creative project presentations to a jury consisting of Food Science Professors and students.
The food microbiology Halloween skit and limerick were presented by Brandon Davis, Madison Hofmeister, Jeremy Purwo, Michael Zaffuto, and Isabel Burson, Dan Lognese, Jeffrey Mate, Kate Mobley and Karolina Strumska - Congratulations!
While not among winners, a team of Tess Coval, Morgan Kauffman, Taylor Thomas and Deividas Zemgulis have shown their approach to solving a curious Halloween outbreak case in their video clip!
