Our lab members Emma Mills and Xiaoxuan (Meg) Shi received Penn State College of Ag Sciences Undergraduate Research Awards for their research proposals. Congratulations!
Meg (Food Science major) and Emma (Immunology and Infectious Disease major) have joined the lab in Spring 2018 to work on their independent research projects in food safety. They have used the skills and preliminary results obtained in the Spring semester to develop their own research project proposals for the Fall 2019. We are very excited to support them in their new scientific endeavors!
